Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement new development tools and infrastructure, while streamlining development and release processes through automation. Ensure 24/7 deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications. Lead the migration of existing services to Kubernetes and orchestrate effective pipelines. Provide expert support for multi-tiered application stacks, primarily Java-based. Collaborate with software developers and requirements engineers to enforce established processes and ensure smooth functionality. Monitor and manage Linux-based servers to prevent service outages. Design and implement automation solutions for manual processes. Deploy and rigorously test services on staging and production environments. Develop scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring, and seamless operations. Establish and enforce DevOps operation processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support. Conduct thorough code reviews, verification, and validation to maintain code quality. Identify and resolve code bugs using efficient troubleshooting techniques. Monitor the entire lifecycle of processes, ensuring adherence and proposing enhancements. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on continuous improvement. Provide L2 support, conduct root cause analysis for production errors, and develop tools to enhance customer experience and integrate with internal systems.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Substantial technical work experience in technology operations domains (DevOps, SysAdmin, or SysOps). Proficient in coding with the ability to troubleshoot REST APIs (Microservices). Extensive experience with DevOps tools and practices. Expertise in Deployment Automation and , including tools such as Jenkins and Maven. Hands-on experience in L2/L3 Production Support. Strong command of Containerization and Orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS. Thorough understanding of Security Practices, including IAM, KMS, Encryption, PKI, SSL, and TLS. Solid knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Proficient in Un operating systems. Sound understanding of RESTful architecture principles. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
