the accounting assistant's job is to work under finance manager includes reporting, and bookkeeping. also help manage accounts chase debts and prepare financial records. accounting assistant will provide administrative support to our accounts department.
Requirements
we are looking for a Accounts Assistants to perform organizational and accounting tasks to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accountant and Directors. Their duties and responsibilities include:
Input invoices and receipts into sage accounting system
chase up debtors and help get money in
you will need
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, speaking and writing english and any other languages
• Professional business communication skills, including emailing, financial reporting and other department doentation
• excellent Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• excellent maths skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers, sage accounting software, microsoft spreadsheet software and other financial computer applications
this position is in male office so males preferred. also due to limits on nationalties with labour dept only philipino, arab gcc, or eu personnel should apply.
