Located in the prestigious DWTC and managing the recruitment needs of some of the world's best companies, we are currently hiring a junior recruitment consultant to report to the Director. Prior recruitment experience of 6 months to 2 years is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
Assess CVs for quality and presentation.
Source, screen, and shortlist CV
Headhunt candidates based on specific requirements and targeted searches.
Build a candidate pipeline.
Update the candidate database with accurate details and comments
Advertise vacancies on the website.
Assess candidates through psychometric assessment guidelines.
Preparing a candidate review and assessments
Education: A graduate
Fluent oral and written English, and MS Office Skills. Must be able to draft correspondences
An out-of-the-box thinker with smartness for evaluating situations.
Calculative and observant
Excellent with prioritization and time-management
Must have used job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Bayt, or Linkedin for at least 6 months
