Job purpose
To establish an active and contributing relationship with all the assigned Key accounts. Your overarching goal is to identify new opportunities, gather intelligence and build long-term profitable relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our client base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
Duties and responsibilities
• Look to build a relationship that keeps us “In-sight in-mind” for our key account
• Gather intelligence that helps you pitch solutions and offers accordingly
• Increase your reach by gathering more contacts and update them in the CRM accordingly
• Stay well connected and respond to client enquiries from time to time
• Create new opportunities and follow it up closely to get a successful course registration
• Maintain Client Specific Folders and Databases presently used in our institute
• Contact other KAM profiles to understand their future training needs and supply them with information accordingly
• Maintain and Update CRM and share lead analysis report on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Employ Business Development Strategies and Skills to acquire new clients (Ex: Cold Calling, Email Blast, etc)
• Maintaining and Updating Previous Work Experience Tracker and updating all news training events in the Training Inventory
• Greet and Celebrate with clients on their special days such as Birthdays & Wedding Anniversaries
• To all clients and prospects, send greetings on Eid, New Year and the likes on behalf of ZTS
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate - ideally with emphasis in communications, management, administration, or related field
• 2+ years of similar work experience
• Experience working with sma businesses
• Prior experience in Key Account Management and Sales is a must
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
Working conditions
Full Time Employment as per UAE Labour Laws Working hours (9 hours – Full Time):
In Shifts from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM UAE Time – Quarterly Rotational Shift Working day: 5.5 days working week in 7 Business Days of the week (Week Off – Either Saturday or Sunday) Hybrid Model – 2 or 3 days work from offi and work from home for the balance days (Weekly Rotational Roster) Termination Clause: 1 Month Notice Period from either parties Leaves as per UAE Laws
