Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. The KAM acts as the main point of contact between the company and its key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Account Management:

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

2. Strategic Planning:

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

3. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
Upsell and cross-sell company products and services to existing customers.

4.Customer Retention:

Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Ensure the client's needs are understood and met by liaising with internal departments.
Provide regular updates to clients on their projects and the status of services.


Candidate Requirements

Native Arabic speaker
Experience in ecommerce industry
Fashion industry experience is a plus
