Developing and building business networks with key stakeholders to drive growth & profitability
Mobilizing people to motivate and teach lessons from day to day experience allowing developing, to get out of their comfort zone and try something new while being supported.
Managing the profitability of the company by managing business costs & improving the bottom line.
Setting processes and procedures within the organization to enhance time management and streamline operations.
Building a communication strategy reflecting a positive image of the company.
