needs and problems and addressing them through a sales pitch, handling concerns, and closing deals. To foster long-term relationships with clients and

Job Responsibilities
Build relations with each concerned person to facilitate our product buying decision.
Be the main point of contact for assigned customers to approach, understand needs, satisfy needs, handle objections, and close deals.
Negotiate contracts and handle the paperwork (e.g. invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension.
Pass on issues to account managers when needed. Present new or additional products and services to existing customers .
Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email etc. to meet sales targets.
Send reports on sales activity, account status and possible issues Stay up to date with new produc and new prici plans.
Excellent command of English writing, speaking and reading.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.
Assertiveness and confidence
Previous experience of 2 years Proven work experience as a Key Account Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls). Track record of achieving sales quotas. Understanding of sales performance.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
