Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen equipment and supplies.
Order replacement parts and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain an organized storage area for kitchen tools and equipment.
Team Coordination:
Supervise and train kitchen staff on the proper use and care of equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment meets operational needs.
Assist in developing training materials and safety protocols for equipment usage.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all kitchen equipment complies with health and safety regulations.
Conduct safety audits and prepare reports on equipment status and safety compliance.
Address any equipment-related safety concerns promptly.
Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with external vendors when necessary.
Provide technical support and advice to kitchen staff on equipment issues.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and supervision
•Ability to manage repairs and ensure optimal operation of all kitchen equipment
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•Local hire(KUWAIT) with transferable 18 visa
•Immediate availability is preferred
