Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Boy to support the smooth functioning of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and have good time management skills. As an Office Boy, you will perform a variety of general office tasks such as running errands, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with basic administrative duties. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a clean and well-organized office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivering, and distributing to the appropriate recipients
- Run office errands, such as purchasing office supplies, food, and other items as needed
- Keep all office areas clean and organized, including conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
- Clean and maintain office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
- Ensure office supplies, pantry items, and stationery are well-stocked and replenished timely
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing doents
- Set up and clean conference rooms before and after meetings
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks requested by office staff
- Perform occasional outdoor tasks, such as bank deposits, picking up or dropping off doents, or other administrative-related duties
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and safe office environment


Candidate Requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven work experience as an Office Boy or similar role
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and neat office environment
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance record
- Ability to interact professionally with office staff, clients, and vendors
- Physical stamina and ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving supplies

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or basic office administration
- Knowledge of office equipment and its basic maintenance
- Basic computer skills, such as using email and office productivity software
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
