Maintain records in accordance to HACCP requirements since kitchen technician will be the nominated person from engineering department for this purpose.
Ensure that all machines are in good working conditions.
Should be able to repair, maintain and provide technical attention to all kitchen equipment.
Should be able to maintain all mechanical, electrical and LPG gas system in kitchen.
Preventive maintenance of all kitchen and LPG equipment's at all location.
Check and maintain all hot ranges, kettles, brazing pans, convention, ovens, mixers, pass counters, cold cabinets, dishwashers , hot cabinet and all related equipment's.
Works on maintenance request from all departments.
Check on performance of all kitchen equipment fitters, strainers etc.
Attend meetings and training course as required.
Minimum 2 years experience in 4 or 5 star hotel in gulf area
Good working knowledge in Kitchen equipment and Refrigeration.
At least high school level and fluent in English.
Food, Accommodation and Transportation provided.
