Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for KTV service management, such as personnel training, service process, assessment and supervision, handling customer complaint, and ensuring the A1 service level of KTV.
2. Responsible for KTV team management, including recruitment, training, attendance, promotion, elimination, job placement, etc.
3. Responsible for KTV safety management, including safety facility inspection, security clearance and certificate, health certificate application, food safety training and fire safety trainings, etc.
4. Closely interact with the company, regularly report the business status, optimize team operations, submit all reports and data statistics, and complete the work of the superior.
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in both Chinese and English, those who are proficient in Arabic is an advantage, with good personality and appearance, strong affinity, hardworking, and having a wide idea.
2. More than 2 years of Management experience in KTV industry, or chain brand management experience in catering, hotel, retail, etc. is preferred.
3. Have a strong operational management skill, data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills, excellent execution, good at managing and cultivating teams.
Salary:
1. The probation period is three months, and the salary during the probation period is 8,000 AED. After passing the probation, salary will be appraised base on performance.
2. The company provides accommodation and visa.
3. The salary of those with excellent Qualification can be negotiated.
