This occupation is at Crackwits, the boutique digital agency for advertising, social media, branding, website and mobile app design and development.
II. TALENT SPECIALTY
The Arabic Copywriter is responsible for writing content in Kuwaiti and colloquial Arabic, English is a plus.
This role requires creative, linguistic and analytical skills. The crafted Arabic content should be original, fluent, targeted and engaging for advertising and marketing purposes. Catering to TTL mediums, but not limited to;
such as social media channels, campaigns, websites, mobile apps, blogs, SEO, branding and strategies.
III. OCCUPATION REQUIREMENTS
Work closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager on all deliverables and deadlines
Brainstorm ideas and concepts for various briefs, individually and with other team members
Devise creative and on-point content for TTL mediums serving both advertising and marketing purposes
Coordinate with Project Managers simultaneously to answer all requirements in a timely manner
Adhere dynamically to various brands’ tone of voices and content types
Craft bra names, slogans, positioning taglines, headlines, scripts and more
Stay tuned with recent trends and eventful happenings
Manage posting schedule and flag issu encountered
Analyze brands’ performances on social media and draft monthly or bi-weekly reports
Respond to requests in a timely manner and strictly meet deadlines
Align, update and report to the Senior Content Marketing Manager on the work progress frequently
Attend meetings with team members for quick updates and assessments on all ongoing projects
Assist with strategies and pitches, where and if applicable
Attend weekly meetings for the scope of work’s orientation, and highlight necessary pointers
Abide by agency guidelines, regulations, protocols and manners
IV. EXPERTISE & EXPECTATIONS
Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, English fluency is a plus
Kuwaiti national or Arab expatriate who knows the local culture and language well
Creative, multimedia and digital background is a must
Proactive, flexible, positive and solution-oriented thinker
Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
Ability to observe, learn, listen and take initiatives
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects’ deliverables simultaneously
Capacity to manage stressful workload situations and abrupt requests
Attention to details
Knowledge in utilizing Apple devices and softwares such as Keynote and Microsoft’s MS Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to adapt to newly incorporated digital tools and platforms by the company a clients
Ability to optimize digital content in terms of SEO is a plus
