Requirements:
Experience = Over 6 months experience in the Lashing industry (Required)
Education = High school or equivalent (Preferred)
English speaking – Mandatory (Arabic is a plus but not necessary)
Positive attitude & willingness to learn new lashing techniques
Patient
Effective customer experience & communication skills (can conversate with clients)
Attentive to detail & creative
Ability to work independently under pressure
Not very conservative
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greetings clients
Ability to build & maintain client relationships to encourage loyalty.
Providing Consultations for New clients
Lash inventory management
Maintaining good standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Tailoring lash styles based on clients eye shape
Ensuring workstations are kept clean, disinfecting of lash tools and equipment before each use
Providing a therapeutic bedside manner (calm positive energy)
Taking Before and After pictures of your work
Social Media (Instagram management 1 -2 times weekly)
Opening & closing the salon according to standards
Practicing on a mannequin for training purposes
Employment offer:
Job Type = Full Time
Start Date: Immediate
Duration = 2 years of employment (Renewable upon successful job performance overview)
Working Hours = 48 hou (A bonus system and Tips will be applied + Continuing education support))
Sunday – Thursday: 9:30am – 6pm (8.5 hrs shift)
Saturday: 10am -3:30pm (5.5 hrs shift)
First month of employment for training purposes (4pm -11pm)
Basic Salary = $1100 (4000 QR)
