Job purpose:
Represent the company in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise management on legal transactions and issues. Duties and responsibilities: Explaining the law and giving general legal advice. Settling disputes and supervising any agreements. Researching and gathering evidence. Analyzing legal documents. Supervising legal assistants.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1-Prepar all necessary letters for wide range of local governmental bodies such as Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Social Affairs etc.
2-Examine all tenders documents and contracts submitted to the Company from the partnership, clients, customer, and parties new a existing subject to its control.
3-Ensuring that all documents are following the laws and procedures of the as per company rules and regulation and within the local governance.
4-Examine all agreements signed by parties to ensure they are complying with the standard drafts that had been approved by the Company Board of Directors a Top Management.
5-Coordinate with the Company Legal Consultant in preparation of legal papers in accordance to Kuwait Local Government Laws and Regulations that will applies to the organization a other parties subject to it.
6-Prepare legal correspondence notes to the remarks of the parties’ response as per directed by the Accounts Manager.
