· Develop and execute lead generation strategies to reach out to prospective clients through cold reach out and calling, email campaigns, social media, and other innovative methods.
· Qualify and nurture leads to ensure a steady stream of high-quality prospects for our sales team.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, tracking progress through our CRM system.
· Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with their needs and provide them with qualified leads.
· Analyze lead generation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in lead generation or sales development in the IT industry, with a specific emphasis on the USA market.
· Strong knowledge of communication and connectivity solutions, infrastructure solutions, security and data protection, data analytics, AI services, managed services, and engineering services.
· Excellent cold reach out and calling skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
· Ability to conduct market research and identify target industries and key decision-makers.
