Reviewing financial statements and other documents to verify accuracy of information
Providing information to clients about the leasing process, including showing available units and answering questions about rental rates and terms
Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, welcoming them to the facility and answering their questions about available properties
Communicating with owners to coordinate lease signings, rent payments, maintenance requests, and other tasks related to managing rental units
Providing administrative support to property managers and leasing agents by scheduling showings, keeping records of communication with tenants, and updating databases with new listings or lease agreements
Coordinating with lawyers, real estate agents, and other third parties to handle legal issues such as evictions or lease disputes
Coordinating with management on tenant concerns or complaints
Preparing documents such as leases, rent checks, and notices to vacate for landlords
Proficient in Arabic Speaking, Writing and Reading.
Bilingual - Arabic and English
3+ work experience as a Leasing Agent or similar position.
Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
MS Office familiarity.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong people skills.
Available to work extended hours.
