Operational
· Set leasing targets for each team member and support them to meet the targets.
· Oversee client management, marketing for company projects and lease agreements.
· Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of leasing operations
· Follow-up with existing and potential client to ensure their requirements are met and any complaints are resolved.
· Review leasing reports and take required action based on them.
· Monitor that problem vacancies are being leased.
· Oversee lease renewal and tenant retention programs.
Strategical
· Develop and oversee implementation of business plan, leasing strategy and tenant mix based on market analysis.
· Identify and realize new leasing projects.
· Oversee the site survey.
· Acquire new locations and projects, develop concept for them and oversee the leasing of them.
· Achieve the retail pipeline expansion plan.
· Develop and ensure implementation of leasing policy and procedures.
· Prepare and monitor the implementation of the department’s budget and targets.
· Build relationships with potential clients to bring in new business.
Managerial
· Guide, motivate and develop the staff to support them in achieving the department’s targets.
· Assign tasks and supervise work of the team.
