Responsibilities
1.Provide assistance and advice in all legal matters such as contracts to commence negotiation and legal problems
2.the providing expertise and legal support while working on a project to ensure that they run as they should
3.analyzing and reviewing agreements and contracts related to projects and laws amending them in accordance with local regulations
4.Insure / maintain confidentiality of records and investigation committees be establishing related rules
5.Assisting in providing legal solution -advises to be followed after studying them carefully
6.Following up and Monitoring various legal issu for projects
7.Offering opinion consultation to management
8.Representing the company legally with all other parties (on line sessions or by attending physically to courts)
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Law
-Master is preferred (Law Section )
Experience:
-Mid-Level Career ( 5-10 ) Years in law firm or private or government
Salary : negotiable
