We are looking for a part time Legal Consultant who has experience of atleast 5 Years in UAE, providing legal advice, knowing how to write memorandums, preparing and reviewing legal contracts and doents, and knows how to communicate with clients and follow up with them, and how to develop work in the office.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing guidance to associates and ensuring timely execution of assignments.
2. Advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions across diverse sectors.
3. Providing day-to-day legal support.
4. Developing and implementing client-specific compliance strategies in adherence to UAE regulations.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
6. Staying informed on the evolving legal landscape within the UAE
7. Managing and prioritizing workload effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in law and bar qualification.
2. 6-8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or relevant corporate environment.
3. Strong understanding of UAE corporate and commercial law, with experience in business set up, M&A, contracts, employment, and regulatory compliance.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
6. Ability to work independently
7. Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
