As we expand our operations in Bahrain, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Disputes Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Legal Disputes Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing legal disputes for our clients in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the effective resolution of disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispute Management:
Oversee and manage all legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies aligned with the company's goals and legal requirements.
Legal Analysis:
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis related to disputes, providing comprehensive advice to internal stakeholders.
Assess the potential legal impact of disputes and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Representation:
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring alignment with the company's interests.
Doentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all dispute-related activities, doents, and communications.
Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of legal disputes and proposed resolutions.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in the management of legal disputes.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's legal landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Legal Disputes Manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Knowledge of Bahraini legal system and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
