DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance
b. Promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to customer and the people using the equipment
c. Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication
d. Responsible for accurate and real time back reporting of work performed
e. Maintain excellent relationships with the customers, the contact person and end-users on site
Manage the site environment during service operations
f. Identification of site risks, and timely communication of any such occurrences
g.Identifying “unplanned” service repairs based on the equipment needs, contacting the on-site contact person, get his approval if not covered by the contract, and perform them
h. Management to send the report everyday.
a. Certified Elevator Technician
b. Knowledge and skill in the use of hand and electrical tools
c. Good communication skills with basic IT skills
d. Minimum 1 years Elevator Maintenance experience is a must
e. Locate and determine causes of trouble in brakes and motors
f. Related experience as a mechanic or service technician preferred
