LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
Job Description:
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a France based Company in DUCAMZ -JAFZA (Exporting and importing vehicles and spare parts) with experience.
Duties And Responsibilities:
•To arrange shipping doents in a timely manner without any discrepancies.
•To communicate concerned party (supplier and customer) to give shipping advice and share doents in a timely manner.
•To arrange any required doents along with Letter of Credit and receive payment in a timely manner.
•Follow up with customers and freight forwarder for Impo shipments and must know the status of all shipments.
•Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports Transacting of weekly shipments.
•Doentation and data entry for all shipments including assisting logistic manager with daily functions.
•Payment control to supplier and from customer.
Requirements and Skills:
•Minimum 5 years’ experience (Europe, GCC, Africa)
•Language skills: English, French and Arabic
Salary according to profile and experience with Annual benefit
