We are seeking a logistics administrator who is responsible for overseeing and facilitating our entire supply chain operation (from acquisition to distribution) by coordinating the distribution of goods through personnel and processes. The ideal logistics administrator will be adept at communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service skills. Our goal is to hire someone who ensures our operation is cost-effective and runs smoothly and efficiently while also increasing sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
•Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers & respond to emails accordingly.
•Provides updated prices to the Manager for all materials.
•Coordinate and negotiate for suppliers pricing as well as preparing & sending PO both local & international.
•Monitor orders, by following up factory’s availability for ready shipments and follow up local suppliers for deliveries until warehouse.
•Tracks shipments to ensure timely deliveries and facilitate required documents for Jebel Ali / Sharjah freezone customs clearance (e.i shipping documents & letters for Customs clearance).
•Prepare shipping documents (I exports shipments
•Receive air freight shipments and arrange payments.
•. Provide documents internally & for customers’ requirements such as COO, BL, test reports and packing details (e.i. weight, dimensions, pallets, HS code) for shipments end user
•Send order copies to warehouse & update for which order related
•Provide invoices for system costing and shipping forwarder invoices for system entering as well as supplier’s SOA and reconcile with payable team
•Claim warranty & liaise with suppliers for any item / order problems
•Process credit facility applications for new local suppliers
