An experienced and qualified Application Developer responsible for the design and coding of functional programs and applications. Working as part of a team and individually without supervision. With excellent proven knowledge of at least one programming language, must be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. Successful candidate will be required to write “clean” and flawless code, to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.
The role is expected to provide strong leadership skills, and also to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects to ensure successful delivery. Strong project management and organizational skills are fundamental, along with the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization.
● 5 years industry experience inclusive of proven application development and successful implementation.
● Strong ability to communicate with IT users and business leaders to understand requirements, expectations and value measures.
● Understanding of best practices and the methodologies and processes used across the difference system categories of IT vendor.
● Strong ability to communicate with IT users and business leaders to understand requirements, expectations and value measures.
● Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
● Analytical thinking and problem solving capability.
● Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively under time constraints.
● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without close supervision.
● Extensive experience programming in one of the following languages: PHP, Python, Java, Go, Scala a C, C++.
● Building RESTful APIs.
● Cloud application development using AWS services including but not limited to EC2,Kinesis, EMR, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, SNS.
● Hands on Linux Experience.
● Test Driven Development.
● Minimally a Bachelors in Computer Scien, related degr experience.
● Minimum 3 years experience as a Software Engineer.
● Experience with programming languages as (Java, Python, C#, .NET).
● Preferably E-commerce / Logistic industry experience.
● Preferably experience with Micro-services.

▪ Working knowledge and Logistic industry experience with top a mid-tier Supply Chain systems
