> Strategically plans and manages logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
> Tracks the delivery schedules.
> Coordinates with Sales Staffs for any deliveries.
> Schedules, arranges and follows up Third Party Inspections.
> Follows up Third Party Certificates.
> Follows up for the soft and hard copy certificates (only for the Non-Fabricated items).
> Files and verifies accuracy of documents.
> Prepares expense forms and submits it to Administrative department
> Hands over the yellow copies of delivery orders and invoices along with the sales cash to the sales team.
> Arranges the Courier Company for deliveries.
> Prepares packing list and supervising the packing product
> Tracks the Diesel consumption
> Archives documents ensuring that specific departments within the company have easy access to transparent, up-
to-date and easily traceable documents.
> Preferably with a Bachelor's degree or with a vast experience in document control.
> Very detail oriented.
> Ability to analyze printed data, and with great time management skills as the successful candidate will be immersed in a
fast-paced environment.
> Exceptional organizational skills.
