We are looking for Business development / Sales executives / Marketing executives with 2-3 years of experience in LPG Bulk Export to African regions in ISO Containers.
Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate effective leadership qualities in delivering the execution of the sales plan for the assigned area and customer base, based on market opportunities consistent with the company’s strategic objectives.
· Meet or exceed the individual sales’ performance targets in accordance with established KPIs and sales targets
· Able to listen carefully, think critically and suggest improvements to customer pain points and jobs-to-be-done, to gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements
· Candidate shall hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Computing); or is with a non-technical Diploma or Degree but to be able to demonstrate a strong grasp of relevant technical topics and the ability to pick up very fast (company’s assessments may be performed)
· Ideally with working experience within the Oil & G industry or in consulting services to these sectors
· Min 2-3 years of sales experience in LPG Bulk Sales.
· Resourceful and organized, with strong people, and time-management skills
· Ability to penetrate new markets, quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple and effective terms
· Genuine customer commitment and ability to build sound relationships at all levels of the business, considering a long-term perspective in understanding customer needs
· Strong customer service ethic and attention to detail
· GCC Driving License.
