Ensure preventive maintenance of trucks, car carriers, flatbed trailers, recovery vehicles and pool vehicles following the approved schedule.
Ensure timely inspection of trucks, car carriers, flatbed trailers, recovery vehicles and pool vehicles considering registration renewal schedule.
For repair a maintenance, ensure requested work is reviewed as required. Ensure service quotation is reviewed against the requested work considering cost and time. All requested work and quotations must be approved by Senior Supervisor.
During repair a maintenance, strictly follow the SOP.
After repair a maintenance, perform technical evaluation of work done.
In the event of emergency breakdown, perform quick fix if possible. Ensure tools and equipment for emergency breakdown quick fix are available.
Responsible for tire management process including tire inspection, replacement, repair of tire puncture, serial-wise recording, inventory, ordering and storage if required. Ensure inventory is performed as scheduled.
Maintain reports of all maintenance related files.
