Asset Description:
The Ash Sharqiyah Operations & Maintenance Company (ASHOMCo) manages the three Greenfield development, Power Plants inside the Saudi Aramco Abqaiq (ABQ), Hawiyah (HGP) and Ras Tanura (RTR) Refineries and will provide them with Electrical energy and Steam for their process.
The RTR & ABQ Plants will produce 360 MWs and 603 of steam, and the HGP Plan 160MWs and 272 of Steam. Each of the Plants are configured for two GE Gas Turbines & Generators, two single pressure HRSGs with supplementary firing, a HV Switchyard and necessary Auxiliary equipment.
The plants are owned by Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PCPC), based in Al Khobar in which Saudi Aramco has 50% equity, Marubeni has 25%, JGC has 15% and the Al Jomaih Co has 10%.
 
Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, The Maintenance Coordinator   will be Responsible to Coordinate a team of Maintenance at site and Central Engineering   to fulfil the day to day engineering and maintenance activities in all aspects (Mechanical, Electrical and C&I. The Maintenance Coordinator is the Central contact for the preparation and execution of all work carried out during planned and unplanned outages of major equipment as well as improvement projects. He should Support the Maintenance Manager and ensure that the plant meets availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and cost targets, safely and within strict environmental limits.

10.   Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems and safety rules.
11.   Working knowledge of commercial contracts and agreements (LTSA, ECA, EPC and O&M etc)
12.  Budget preparation, planning and cost control
13.  Ability to communicate strategic goals and directions
14.  Good command of the English language
15.  Good planning and Coordination skills
16.   Excellent communication, presentation, IT and interpersonal skills
17.    A Working experience and knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems. (CMMS)
18.     Ability to build and work with multi-cultural and multi – disciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Maintenance Manager to meet the contractual, technical and commercial targets of the Plant
2. Support the Maintenance Manager for the review and Update of   the Maintenance Department procedures, protocols and staffing to ensure the Safe, Reliable and long term Maintenance and Engineering of the Power Plant meet current legislation and all contractual agreements.
3. Ensure proper and effective maintenance of the Plant, considering contractual framework, commercial aspects and in accordance with safety, environmental and legal regulations
4. Coordinate the engineering projects and maintenance of the Plant so that all requirements are identified, documented, planned, scheduled and carried out correctly, and that a history of details of work carried out is available in the maintenance management system
5. Support the Maintenance Manager to Ensure that identification of maintenance requirements has considered the need to achieve the required plant availability, reliability and performance at the lowest cost
6. Ensure best utility practices and reporting requirements are followed, and maintenance processes comply with relevant IMA procedures
7. Adapt the IMA documents to reflect the maintenance requirements, and consider and actively develop improvement potentials for all maintenance processes
8. Assist Maintenance manager to Maintain a high safety conscious working environment and ensure compliance with all company and legislative, Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
9.  Support the Maintenance Manager to Recruit, train, develop and guide staff, and periodically assess their ability and potential
10. Work with other members of the team to maintain good relations with the Customer and other partiesز 
 
Experience:
1.  Leading and Coordinating the Teams with at least 5 years of total operation experience with progressive Engineering and Maintenance experience.
2.  Experience preferred in Cogen /CCGT, Gas Turbines and a wide range of auxiliary equipment and budget reporting
3.  Must be experienced in Power plant Engineering and Maintenance in the Commissioning and Operation and Maintenance of   plants
4.  Preference will be extended to a candidate who has previously Coordinated the Engineering and Maintenance Departments /Managed /lead any of the Departments within a Cog Power Plant.
