The ideal candidate must be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of a high rise tower building. This includes overseeing the work of maintenance staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that the building is in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
· Oversee the work of maintenance staff
· Schedule repairs and maintenance

· Conduct regular inspections of the building
· Monitor and maintain the building's energy consumption
· Ensure that the building's mechanical systems are properly commissioned and maintained

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems
· Work with vendors to procure and install new equipment and systems
· Prepare reports on the condition of the building
· Develop and implement maintenance plans
· Manage the maintenance budget

· Maintain a safe and clean working environment
· Bachelor's degree in building maintenance, engineering, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in high rise tower maintenance
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to work under pressure
· Valid driver's license
