Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manag to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure prompt resolution of all maintenance issues. A strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of maintenance staff, including drivers and technicians.
Maintenance Oversight : Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and timely issue resolution.
Problem Solving : Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues.
Execution : Plan and implement maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Budget Management : Monitor and manage the maintenance budget.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in maintenance management software.
* Valid driver’s license.
