We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be at the core of Technomac cranes - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer and the people using the equipment. As a maintenance technician, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks, as well as attending call-outs.
•Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance and safety instructions to ensure safety of end-users and other employees.
•Solve complex technical issues that are assigned to him.
•Identify any technical issues in equipment under maintenance that could cause call outs or safety hazards and fix the issues.
•Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through proactive and precise on-site communication.
•Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers and users present on site by applying the service mindset.
•Accountable for identifying “unplanned” service repairs based on the equipment needs.
•Excellent electrical and troubleshooting skills.
•Conduct routine PM checks and inspections.
•Read and interpret operations and Maintenance manuals.
•Diagnostic and perform electrical troubleshooting, repairing tasks such as assembling, dismantling, and overhauling crane equipment components such as motors, and control units.
•Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
•Supplies background information and plan resources in timely manner
•I Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electric.
•Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in supervisory capacity maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, inspection, and modification of overhead cranes and Electric hoists including its component both electrical and mechanical side.
