Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients using various medical imaging techniques. You will interpret medical images, collaborate with other medical professionals, and ensure the quality and accuracy of diagnostic imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and PET scans, to diagnose diseases, injuries, or conditions.
Consult and collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to discuss patient cases and provide diagnostic insights.
Perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies, drain placements, and injections, using imaging techniques to guide medical instruments accurately.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of medical imaging procedures and results by overseeing imaging equipment, protocols, and image acquisition.
Communicate imaging findings and diagnostic results to patients and referring physicians in a clear and understandable manner.
Participate in research activities to advance medical imaging technology and contribute to medical knowledge.
Provide education and training to medical students, residents, and fellow radiologists.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
Completion of residency training in Radiology.
State medical license a eligibility for medical licensure.
Subspecialty fellowship training (optional but preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Valid DOH
minimum of 2 years experience
In-depth understanding of general routine and emergency radiology interpretation of CT, US, Xray., MSK and Antenatal .
