Marketing Executive
We are seeking a Marketing Executive with F&B Experience to join our team at a leading Coffeeshop Chain in UAE. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase the visibility and reach of our brand in all channels (online and offline).
Key Responsibilities:
Social Medias responsibilities
-Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
-Manage, develop and oversee social media strategy, content and calendar (daily/weekly)
-Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth
-Familiar with running marketing campaigns and paid ads
-Increase social media following and develop social media campaigns
-Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
-Create various forms of social media content—text captions (English and Arabic), videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
-Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
-Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is aligned with our brand voice and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
-Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
-Stay up to date with latest social media trends and technologies
Marketing Coordination responsibilities
-Execute yearly Marketing plan and Marketing Calendar
-Assist in the execution of promotional and advertising campaigns
-Prepare the marketing activity calendar for events
-Coordinate marketing activities and ensure to complete task on timely manner
-Handle the coordination with delivery aggregators like talabat, Delivroo…and ensure visibility of the brand and smooth operations
-Track changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign
-Monitor the marketing budget and report it on monthly basis to management
-Communicate with different stakeholder: colleagues, suppliers, agencies and partners
-Search for collaboration opportunities for our CSR program
-Ensure that brand guidelines are applied on all mediums
Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
-Experience as a social media specialist, content creator or a similar role for at least 3 years
-Experience in creating social media strategies
-Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
-Creative thinking
-Organized and able to multitask
-Background experience in F&B
-Driving license
