This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant looking to take their next step in their career. The role would suit someone from a creative background, with good knowledge and a substantial following on social media, who is outgoing and organised.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join the next stage of our company’s journey.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the production of all marketing materials and collateral.
2. Organize and coordinate networking events such as conferences.
3. Manager our award calendar; develop our entries and ensure all awards are maximise.
4. Assist and coordinate in our PR communication plan
5. Coordinate for our business development strategy
6. Assist in our bid processes ensuring all documents are well presented and on brand.
7. Coordinate our CRM process and ensure all lead and marketing opportunities are actions
8. Social media management: curate, collect and schedule social media content
9. Website management: upload and manage content
10. Press & publications; be aware of and create relationships with publications to promote completed projects
11. Awards;
12. LXA Brand; working with our Branding team to safeguard and train members of staff on the LXA brand guidelines.
13. Credentials & brochures; supporting the Business Development and Branding teams in creating marketing merchandise
14. Events; supporting with company networking events, promoting and working with the team to ensure they are a success.
15. Offer administration and for various marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Educated to A-level standard
2. Previous marketing experience is advantageous
3. Strong writing and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
4. Client facing and superb organization skills
5. Strong knowledge of In-design and all relevant Social Media platforms and applications
6. Organised approach to work
7. Friendly, professional and comfortable in a position as first point of contact
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
9. InDesign training preferable
10. Eagerness to get stuck in, not phased by a fast-paced, demanding work environment
11. Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
12. Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks
13. Ability to help wherever needed and work autonomously
