We are looking for a qualified multi-talented marketing professional who is an energetic, self-driven, goal-oriented and out-of-the-box thinker.
- Manage the company's social media accounts
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Creative branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising concepts for our properties.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Conduct marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and, SEO, PPC, content development. etc
- Coordinate with external marketing services providers to receive quotations, negotiate and maintain an approved vendor list as per the company policy.
- Degree in marketing or relevant educational qualification
- Work experience in a Marketing Agency (2 to 3 years)
- Good command of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, Indesign and Microsoft Office products and other relevant software packages
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, presentations, flyers, photography …etc
- Candidates with exposure to Real estate marketing projects would be preferred.
- Fluent English is essential while Arabic would be an added advantage
- Must have own transport
