Job Description
Sales & Business Development
Ensure the achievement of company objectives through developing new business relations with Contractors, Consultants, Clients etc. and winning new Business.
coordinates with our Commercial & technical Dept bid proposals that are appropriate for the respective projects.
Actively follows-up on its bids in order to maximize the chances to convert bids into meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
demonstrating and presenting products
maintaining accurate records
reviewing sales performance
working towards monthly or annual targets.
Successfully negotiate terms and conditions in accordance with our corporate guidelines
Registering company & products with various developers, clients, consultants, Govt. Authorities
Skills
Requirement:
Experience in identifying and building strong and sustainable relationships with existing and new clients.
Must have experience in managing sales channels in UAE.
Must Have UAE Driving License
Self-motivated and driven by targets
Resilien @ work timings
Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Commercial awareness
Experience of 4-6 Years in Sales & Business Development.
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
CRM experience is preferred
