We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create compelling and original content for various channels, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
Write engaging articles, property descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and email campaigns.
Produce content such as photos, videos, and infographics to promote.
Plan, execute, and track marketing activities across online and offline platforms.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Work closely with Sales, Director of Real Estate to create internal and external content on any PR strategies.
Implement content marketing best practices to ensure content is search engine optimized and can effectively attract traffic to the website.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content creation strategies and ensure relevance and accuracy of information.
Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure content is error-free and aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
Implement and maintain budgetary and cost tracking best practices to ensure, wherever possible, cost efficiency, economies of scale of value for money on all marketing spend.
Support in the maintenance of the websites.

Requirements and skills:
Business or marketing-related degree ( equivalent professional qualification.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles.
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and attention to detail.
Knowledge of content marketing best practices and experience with keyword research, audience selection, and optimization.
Strong research skills to gather industry insights and market trends.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
