Develop the Marketing & PR Brand's annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Develop and ensure implementation of the Marketing & PR Function’s policies & procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the function‘s objectives.
Manage the execution of approved Marketing & PR strategies and plans on a day-to-day basis and measure their effectiveness as well as provide support and collaboration to all Business Divisions on all communication activities including events, new launches, PR & sponsorship opportunities etc.
Ensure that the communication strategies of all commercial departments are in-line with the overall communication strategy of AAW while maintaining consistency in communication across the various divisions.
Manage the placement of advertisements including the production of printed promotional materials, catalogues and brochures guides to promote AAW’s corporate identity.
Manage the development and implementation of media kit including press release, publications and integrated marketing campaigns (branding, awareness, and promotional campaigns, etc.)
Manage the development of news items and stories about AAW's activities and services to promote a positive image of the organization and to raise its profile.
Keep abreast of developments within the field of public relations & communication to ensure that AAW maintains the highest standards of the same.
Develop communication initiatives for AAW’s key stakeholders, including but not limited to government, media and potential strategic partners.
Ensure communication of accurate & up to date information designed to keep stakeholders and the general public informed of programs, accomplishments, and AAW’s points of view on matters of conce.
Liaise with banks on a periodic basis for conducting negotiations on marketing agreements, maximizing B2B marketing opportunities among banks & AAW as well as for information sharing as required.
Manage long-term relationships with corporate partners to enhance the overall marketing & public relations operations of AAW as well as provide internal support for marketing needs of all departments and business divisions of AAW.
Ensure proper maintenance of media, photographs and video library to provide a comprehensive source of information about AAW and maintain accurate records of all Marketing & PR operations for reference purposes.
Develop and maintain a network of internal contacts to keep abreast of developments in the organization and to ensure that employees are aware of AAW’s activities, objectives and corporate image.
Provide analysis on current communication trends, media competitive analysis and agencies scope of services.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job
