Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our panel board factory and electrical accessories product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness, as well as managing a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our panel board factory and switches and sockets product lines
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies
- Manage the development and production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and website content
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase sales
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and threats to the business
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a coherent and effective marketing message across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical equipment industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including market research, branding, advertising, and digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with electrical equipment, panel boards, and switches and sockets is a plus
