DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to clien
• Exhibit a professional and well-groomed appearance every time
• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers ‘expectations
• Setting up work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift.
• Deliver a variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner - Body Treatments, Massages, Facials, Waxing
• Assisting with keeping linens change, clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
• Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Focus on selling and up selling thru friendly and efficient service.
• Promote other s services by suggesting to guests’ other beneficial treatments offered by the s.
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of the services provided, brands and products used.
• Address and answer customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
• Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
• Ensuring clean, safe and well-organized spa facility. Adhering to safety and cleanliness standards of the UAE
• Ensure the sanitary of all equipment, cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting all tools on a daily basis
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules and regulations as per the company’s standard operating procedures
• Must be up to date on latest treatment techniques and trends
• Reports to immediate superior problems, issues and concern related to operations.
• Handle customer complaints as per job knowledge and address it to supervisor a manager
• Maintaining records and filing documentation.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the owner or the owner's representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must be a certifi spa therapist with at least 2+ years working experience
• Proven knowledge of spa treatments and techniques
• Must be able to assess treatment approach depending on the customer’s preferences
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques
• Superb communication skills preferably both in English and Arabic
• Excellent customer service skills
