Responsibilities:
1. Manage Maximo Systems and work team on installation, development, improvement and updates
2. Study requirements from all department and sections regarding Maximo.
3. Continuous improvement of Maximo system functions and development
4. Document Maximo problems and proposed solutions and work procedures
5. Review all Maximo TM’s such as: User Manuals, System Management Manuals, work procedures, RFP and other manuals, documents and amend as necessary prior approval.
6. Design, develop Maximo document, covering RSADF contracted companies (Contracto Data compliance Document), related to all various data system conformance.
7. Review and design Maximo documentary workflow and KPIs.
8. Review design and improve Maximo reports.
9. Provide support, technical assistance and training for Maximo system.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an accredited university
2. Certified Maximo courses:
a. Maximo Fundamentals
b. Maximo Workflow Administration
c. Work Management in Maximo
d. Inventory Management in Maximo
e. Purchasing Management in Maximo
3. Saudi National
Required Experiences:
1. Minimum of ten (10) years experiences in Maximo operation and management.
2. Problem solving and thinking.
3. Knowledge, writing query and software
4. Team leader skills
5. Communication Skills
6. Development and introduce presentations.
7. PMS Office professional knowledge & use (excel, word, powerpoint, MS Project)
