1.Three years diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum 7 years experience in operation and maintenance projects
2.Should have a very good knowledge of operation and maintenance of various mechanical equipments like different types of pumps, compressors, valves, NRVs, Vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems
3.Should have knowledge about various mechanical works like mechanical seal mechanism and replacement, bearing extraction and replacement, pump alignment, priming, cavitation.
4.Knowledge and experience on gas distribution system, potable and TSE irrigation, water drainage systems, kitchen and laundry equipments, sanitary wares and fittings, domestic appliances water heaters, water softening plants, RO systems should have knowledge and experience to carry out PPMs of various mechanical equipments like oiling, greasing, machinery turning, monthly and yearly ppm.
5.Should have good knowledge and experience of carrying out entire overhauling of various pumps, compressors, valves and other mechanical equiments.
6.Should have a sound knowledge of various tools required to carry out various technical works
7.Should be able to analyse the root cause of defects and carry out trouble shooting
8.Should have knowledge various pipe materials like ms pipe GI pipe, HDPE pipe, PVC pipe
9.Should be able to handle a team of 15 to 20 technicians efficiently
