General description:
Supervise the preparation of the policy, lay down the general and particular conditions suitable with each type of the policies required to be covered, perform specific tasks related to Takaful or health insurance witho the work team, such as offering outstanding insurance services to the clients, cooperate with the work team to achieve the customer satisfaction.
- Receive insurance claims, examine and prepare them for production.
- Calculate profits commissions and prepare them to issue the required advices if there is a product.
- Prepare the various quotations.
- Prepare the reports, studies and statistics required.
- Organize, coordinate, distribute and follow up work with the section employees, follow up their performance, evaluate each one of them, submit reports on the progress of work and administrative reports on the employees to the head of the department.
- Prepare quotations for the customers or insurance brokers.
- Dealing with re-insurers to reach the best prices and benefits.
- Prepare and issue insurance policies after obtaining all the required approvals.
- Take the required measures in connections with the additions of individuals or cancellations from the policy.
- Coordinate with the claims personnel in connection with the claims of customers and data of the policies which have been issued.
- Follow up all the clients' accounts and address attention to their claims and inquiries
- Keep all the documents related to the clients and arrange them appropriately in order to keep and recover information.
- Undertake any other tasks required for the job.
