Position: MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in sales in UAE
Seeking a Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the UAE market. Healthcare experience preferred.
The candidate should have good connections with purchase departments in hypermarkets, hospitals, medical centers, clinics, big pharmacy chains, and individual pharmacies.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products Over the counter health products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with purchase departments in hospitals, medical centers, clinics, big chains, and individual pharmacies.
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and customer service to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote products and services.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales in the UAE
Fluent in English, Arabic preferred
Good connections with purchase departments in hypermarkets ,hospitals, medical centers, clinics, big chains, and individual pharmacies, as well as good relations with doctors
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
Job Purpose
Achieve the planned sales turnover, market coverage and merchandising objectives by collecting orders from their specified KA customers for all must have sku’s while maintaining the highest standards of performance and market execution.
Major Responsibilities
1. Achieve the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated area; ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence, follow the planned call in each outlet and make sure that they are well stocked with all our brands and packages.
2. Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of products to the consumer in all covered outlets.
3. Determine the amount of stock required for next day’s first loading and order the load accordingly.
4. Maintain a good relationship with the customers at all times.
5. Develop sales and distribution, in liaison with the Sales Supervisor, vertically by identifying and establishing business relationships with new clients and horizontally by introducing the full range of the products to existing clients.
6. Submit a daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing the competitors’ activities; any other required doents.
7. Reflect high standards of performance in implementing the trade promotions and marketing activities that relate to his routes and customers.
8. Merchandise the products in the coolers and displays, utilize the Point of Sales (P.O.S.) materials, check the expiry dates in all outlets and rotate stocks whenever required.
9. Ensure proper care and maintenance of Company coolers, stands and report faulty equipment to the Sales Supervisor for remedial action
