We are looking for:
1.Reverse engineering of new sheet-metal products
2.New products production time and material consumption estimation
3.New product industrialization, make or buy strategy study, production process definition, implementation
4.Existing production processes continuous improvement
5.Follow up of prototype manufacturing, production timings
1.Discussing with Business Development executi to understand the requirement.
2.Evaluate all possible production methods and alternatives.
3.Contact new manufacture of production machinery and processes, and coordinate with Purchasing Department for enquiry to existing vendors, and sourcing new materials
4.Calculate production timings, material consumption.
5.Make or buy strategy initiation, coordination with Procurement department for contact with existing suppliers.
6.New Processes, Machines, Manual workstations laying out, implementation, and modifications of existing ones
7.Production resources capacity, product manufacturing, idle, set-up, transit time, evaluation and parameters setting in ERP
8.Production actual times measurement, productivity recommendations, implementation and follow-up
9.Abide by principles of Lean / 5S / 6 Sigm Response ManufacturingMaster’s degree in Mechanical engineering.At least 4 years of relevant sheet-met (ferro estimation and process industrialization experience.SolidWorks and AutoCAD knowledge is must.Certified courses in Lean / 5S / 6 Sigm Response Manufacturing is must.Very good knowledge in Metal industry processes: 3D printing, stamping, forging, turret punch, CNC Bending, Laser cutting, Roll forming, CNC machining.Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.Precise and detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers.Ability to liaise with a diverse team (sales, manufacturing and purchase)Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, confident communication.Fluent in English. any additional language would be an advantage.
