Job Description:
The role is responsible for managing, analyzing and interpreting sales business data and is central to the business developing its data strategy and nurturing the appropriate culture to drive automated, standardized & user friendly reporting and business intelligence.
The role oversees the entire scope of business intelligence projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders whilst also being the main point of reference for reporting and analysis for sales
Job Description:
MIS Reporting & Master Data owner:
Creation of various sales reports. Reports would be generally for all brands’ sales locations. Provide recommendations based on report finding to improve operations, and sales process’.
Support the creation of data capturing and data quali /granularity improvement projects
Driver of data analytics and BI innovation and interpretation of data:
Lead solutions for all of the Trading Enterprises data needs
Support business in Analytical requirements such as Budgets, incentives and other business initiatives
Conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities based on historic data modelling and predictive algorithms; propose business development projects
Review and establish trackable KPIs, identify challenges and provide continuous feedback on performance to the business unit.
Manage the full scope of business intelligence projects, turning data into actionable insights for the relevant business functions
Support brands in establishing their data strategies
Drive digital systems and technology transformation - finding ways of automation:
Develop reporting applications (utilizing different BI tools), create dashboards, automate data pulls to enable ease of access to data for the business
Evaluate digital project proposals from back-e perspective, and consult the business internally as a subject matter expert
Company digital skills development:
Contribute to the creation of a data driven work culture
Develop SAP & BI tool skills of Managers at locations to prepare KPI’s to monitor and improve performance
Alignment of business with Group:
Engage and liaise with group to bring best practice and implement group directives where needed
