Perform all the duties related to mobilization of employe from assigned Clients .
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Engage and coordinate with Clients and candidates with regards to processing their legal doents for a successful mobilization and onboarding process
•Assist Clients through continued support regarding their queries, applications and procedures related to Services
•Manage multiple candidates throughout their doent processing cycle. Collect required doents from Clients and candidates.
•Connect candidates with their respective channel partners.
•Maintain candidates’ status update.
•Prepare and submit weekly reports to company’s management and Clients on current status of their candidates.
•Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure activities are aligned with the Clients requirements.
•Coordinate with accounts team for invoices submission and payment collection.
•Prepare reports on issued doents and Client payment status on weekly basis.
•Liaise with GRO team for successful doent processing.
•Perform any other job-related duties, as required by the functional supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Sound understanding of resource mobilization and onboarding processes.
•Ability to work and achieve goals under pressure against demanding deadlines.
•Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
