Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Originate and make sales of loan packages to customers, including meeting and counseling with customers at their homes and offices.
2. Engage in marketing, promotion and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors and other potential referral sources.
3. Relationship Management and networking with real estates and developers.
4. Provide applicants with information regarding the loan application process.
5. Have comprehensive knowledge of UAE regulations regarding home loans.
6. Provide applicants with available options pertaining to their mortgage loan needs.
7. Counsel customers with respect to credit needs.
8. Obtain complete loan application including all support doentation needed to process the loan.
9. Pre-qualify potential loan applicants by analyzing financial background.
10.Follow-up on processing the loan by obtaining additional applicant information if necessary.
11. Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
12. Establish terms with borrower verbally and in writing prior to settlement.
13. End to end process management
14. Understand and support the corporation's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all of the corporation's customers.
15. Resolve any customer problems in an expeditious and tactful manner.
16. Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to management.
17. Meeting Performance Targets.
18. Stay up to date with the financial service industry, products and guidelines.
