• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and developers.
• Liaise with bank representatives to facilitate deals.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly targets.
• Nurture client relationships and manage portfolios.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their mortgage applications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Engage in marketing, promotion, and business development initiatives to support sales, including outreach to real estate agents, brokers, and financial advisors.

• UAE Driving License is a must.
• Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage financing services.
• Nationality – Indian / Pakistani / Arab.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, underwriting standards, and mortgage products.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.
• Effective communication skills.
