I. Main Accountabilities:
• Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Multiple Vendor IP Network system.
o Vendor: Avaya, CISCO, Extreme, Fortigate, F5, HP & Juniper
o System: Enterprise LAN, Security, WAN, I Provider & NMS
• Customer support 24/7 for all deployed networks.
• Opening case tickets with vendor for technical support.
• Repair and Return of faulty hardware.
• Site surveys.
• inventory based from Work Order BOQ
• Provide project updat and technical documentation.
• Establish and maintain good customer-relation.
III. Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with Team Leader for IP networking project execution.
• Responsible for site installation, swit configurations, commissioning and acceptance of IP network systems.
• Knowledgeable in using methodology prescribed techniques and “best practices” for IP data networking projects upon deployment.
• Performs site activities related to IP Network system in a timely manner and applying the installation procedures and quality standards.
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Conduct and Validate and inventory prior to deliver on site.
• Preparation of as –built documents and update necessary site documents and reports.
• Shall be able to analyse, trouble shoot and take remedial action for the network outages.
• Perform cut over and on call Maintenance work.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with peer leaders and customers.
